Nokia launches three smartphones and re-launches its classic Nokia 3310 feature phone

Nokia, besides launching its three smartphones, also re-launched its classic Nokia 3310 feature phone in the market. The device has been launched with the same moniker but with some visual upgrades.

The dual-SIM supporting new Nokia 3310 runs Series 30+ and features a 2.4-inch QVGA display. There will also be a 2MP camera along with a microSD card slot. As announced by the company the feature phone has a 22 hour talk time and a 1 month standby time. The device also includes the upgraded Snake game.

There are also new colour options available for the handset - Yellow, Grey, Blue and Red. In addition, the handset is now slimmer than the previous version. HMD, the company with exclusive rights to create Nokia handsets, will be making the Nokia 3310 available in Q2 of this year at EUR49, which is roughly Rs 3,400.

As for the rest of the smartphones, HMD launched the global version of the Nokia 6 smartphone. The handset was already launched in China last month. In addition, the company introduced the Nokia 5 and Nokia 3 Android 7.1 Nougat-based smartphones as well.

The new Nokia smartphones come with pure Android OS and will come with Google Assistant built-in. The Nokia 6 starts at EUR229 (roughly Rs 16,100). It's special edition costs EUR299 (roughly Rs 21,000). The Nokia 5 will cost EUR189 (roughly Rs 13,300) while the Nokia 3 will be priced at EUR139 (roughly Rs 9,700). All the devices will be available in Q2 of this year.
