Requirements:  DIL was keen to acquire solutions to take care of best practices and data consolidations at the head office, handling the billing of all stores, managing all POS terminals, supervise stocks and store-wise profitability, define promotional offers and schemes, as well as provide online information.

 

Challenges: In the absence of an automated environment when all outlets acted as separate entities, carrying out critical functions like communication, compilation and replication of data throughout all outlets had become an impossible task.

The resultant problems that cropped up included excessive time consumption, extra man power, inaccuracies due to manual re-entry and higher administrative cost. 

 

Solution: LS Hospitality integrated all outlets with the head office, enabling the management to simultaneously keep a tab on the success rates of all the outlets and also to oversee the transparency of employees. The result of employing the desired technology also implies the completion of a day’s work in a few hours and attending to customer requirements at a quicker pace. This further implies increasing customer satisfaction and retention.

 

Benefits: The solution has provided DIL with the desired monitoring and maintainence of inventory of raw material; ideal and actual consumption; tracks the quantity of left over food, and ensuring minimal wastage.
