How did the brand By Adab’s start? What was the rationale behind launching this venture? 

Best of the products are made in India but unfortunately not made available to the Indian market, sometimes even the same product is being imported back to India. 'By ADAB' Started with the thought to provide the best to our countrymen.  The family has been into textiles for more than 100 years and are renowned exporters of home furnishings, by looking for the need of quality home linen in India we try to make the products which are better than the best to our people.

What would be the estimated market share of bath lines? Among this can you segregate the luxury segment?

Retail growth and expanding market for luxury bath linen is also contributing to our economy. Frequently changing home decors and lifestyle changes have reduced time-intervals between purchases. Consumers have extended their liking for small linen and are favoring oversized mattresses increasing growth of bath linen market. Division of bath linen market by type includes bath towels, bath robes and bath rugs.

What is the USP of your product range?

Quality, Quality & Quality, We try to make products better than the best, through our continuous research and development  and rigorous quality control check. We also try to offer some unique  and most comfortable designs in limited edition. With less than 1% of complaints received from our customers, each time we try to make a product better than the previous one.

According to you what are the challenges of bath linens retailing? 

The Indian bath linens retail industry  is highly captured by unorganized market which leaves a small space for brands to grow. The Second biggest hurdle in India for this market is the mindset of the consumer which is still not open to innovate and experiment. A bathroom is as important as the living room of a house but is treated the same way.

What is your pricing strategy? How are you competitive with others?

We try to offer the best quality and very long lasting products at very reasonable prices, thus making each and every product of ours Value For Money.

What kind of distribution the brand has in online as well as the offline channel?

'By ADAB' offers products online through www.byadab.com with worldwide delivery and best possible customer support and amazon. Offline at "By ADAB" stores and some exclusive home furnishings stores across India.
