Tribes India showroom at Dilli Haat

The Chief Minister of Delhi Smt. Sheila Dixit and the Union Minister of Tribal Affairs Shri Kanti Lal Bhuria inaugurated the TRIBES INDIA showroom at `Dilli Haat`. This is the 26th Showroom opened by the Tribal Cooperative Marketing Development Federation of India Ltd. (TRIFED), an apex body of the Ministry of Tribal Affairs. As a part of its marketing development initiative, TRIFED with the financial assistance being provided by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs is in the process of establishing a network of retail outlets across the country to market tribal products. TRIFED has already established a network of 25 own outlets besides tie up with 12 State Governments` Emporia throughout the country.
