Centuryply brings in unique retail outlet

Century Plyboards, the market leader in the plywood industry in India, launched its first showroom for Decorative Veneers at Andheri (East), Mumbai. This G+3, 15,000 sq. ft showroom, is a joint venture between Century Plyboards (I) Ltd and Deluxe Interior Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. The first of its kind in the country, the showroom houses Decorative Veneers in all forms of colour and variety. The plush showroom has been designed by the Mumbai`s own renowned architect Mr Kiran Gala. Centuryply has taken the initiative, for the first time in the plywood industry, to give the customer a total display of its incredible designs and shades in Decorative Veneer in such a way that it will not only help the end user to choose from a huge variety of shades and designs under one roof but also save them the time and energy spent in looking at different stores for their needs. Centuryply is the only company to provide BWR (Boiling Water Resistant) grade Decorative Veneer. Along with the inauguration of the showroom, there was also the launch of VOW (Veneer on Wheels) which is a display of Decorative Veeners on mobile unit. Another unique concept through which any architect/interior designer can call the mobile unit for showcasing the entire range available. The mobile unit will reach the site and give a demonstration as per the convenience of the architect/interior designer or the customer. The product category of decorative veneer and laminates are becoming lifestyle statements and the end user can wear the brand. Centuryply has plans to open more such retail outlets assessing the success of this pilot retail outlet.
